1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our standard delivery estimates are:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Figure Island is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or other fees applied by your country.

Any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Figure Island takes care to package figures and collectibles with protective materials.

However, Figure Island is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping once the order has been handed over to the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials, damaged goods, and shipping documents until the claim process is complete.
